A new level of predictability, Borboleta's Go-To Adhesive Collection has been exclusively developed with a custom formula providing immediate grab and shocking long-term retention you can count on. The best part? Once we finally nailed the perfect formula, we made it in three viscosities–Medium Thin, Medium, and Medium Thick. Whether you prefer something on the thinner or thicker side (or somewhere in-between), we've got you covered. 

To Use: Shake the bottle of adhesive for 30 seconds before dispensing each new drop. Dispense a new drop every 15-30 min allowing gravity to pull the adhesive drop out of the bottle. DO NOT squeeze the bottle.

    Warranty
    • Borboleta guarantees Adhesive quality for 3 months from the date of purchase or 4 weeks after the Adhesive is open.
    Recommendations
    • Borboleta recommends replacing opened adhesive bottles every 4 weeks to ensure product quality and consistency.
    • Borboleta recommends ordering adhesive on a monthly basis to ensure product quality and avoid issues with shelf-life and expiring product. Keep it fresh lash lovers!
    • Borboleta DOES NOT recommend “stocking up” on adhesive due to the limited shelf-life of the product.
    • Using fresh adhesive is critical for achieving the best retention and results for your clients. If in doubt, throw it out -- and use a fresh bottle

    Shipping Policy

    Borboleta Beauty processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

    All delivery timeframes outlined below are subject to change based on carrier capacity. Borboleta Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

    International Customs & Lost Orders:
    • Borboleta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please contact the carrier regarding tracking updates and lost packages. Borboleta is also not responsible to cover any additional shipping costs or to refund your shipping in the event you are unavailable to accept your package and it is returned.
    • If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
    • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
    • Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.

    Borboleta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please contact the carrier regarding tracking updates and lost packages. Borboleta is also not responsible to cover any additional shipping costs or to refund your shipping in the event you are unavailable to accept your package and it is returned.

    Product Availability

    In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item. 

    Return Policy

    Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please see below for specific policies to determine if your product is eligible for return, as some of our products have individual return policies. Always have your order number and product available for any returns or defective products.

    Facemasks and any other opened or used products are not available for return due to health considerations.

    If you are unhappy with any unopened and unused product and wish to initiate a return, contact Client Relations within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange by emailing support@borboleta.com or calling (888) 492-1569. Refunds will be issued after the return has been received and inspected to ensure the products were not used or tampered with. Please have your order number and product ready and available when contacting Client Relations. Please note, Borboleta Beauty is not responsible for covering the cost of shipping for returns.

    Defective Products
    In the unlikely event there you receive a defective product, please contact Client Relations within 60 days from delivery for a full refund or replacement. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. You will be asked to provide a picture of the defective product, please have your order number available for Client Relations. You may be asked to return the defective product so that our Quality Team can do further inspections, when this occurs a return label will be provided.

    Adhesives
    We do not recommend stocking up on adhesives. Adhesives are guaranteed for 30 days after opening. Please contact us within 60 days of receiving your adhesive with any concerns for adhesive opened within 60 days and we will refund or replace your adhesive.

    Tweezers
    Tweezers can be returned for a full refund or replacement within 60 days of delivery. We will provide a return label (for tweezers only) and issue your refund as soon as the return is with the carrier (please let us know it was dropped off with the carrier to help expedite this process). Providing a refund prior to receiving the returned tweezers is applicable ONLY to tweezer returns.

    Glamcor Lights
    Borboleta Beauty is an authorized retailer of Glamcor products, all warranties are through Glamcor. In the unlikely event that you are experiencing any issues with your Glamcor, please contact them directly at realperson@glamcor.com.

    Lash Serum
    If you are dissatisfied with your lash serum purchase for any reason, please send us the product in its original packaging with a copy of your purchase receipt within 180 days of your purchase and you will receive a prompt refund.

    Communication of the reason for your dissatisfaction would be helpful and appreciated. The following must be included to receive a refund or replacement: the product, all packaging and proof of purchase, all free gifts received with purchase. We appreciate all feedback to help us understand your reason for dissatisfaction.

    Education Courses
    Education Courses are transferrable and are refundable only in the event that the student has not begun any portion of the course and has not opened the accompanying kit. If you need to reschedule your course, please contact our education team at education@borboletabeauty.com
