Online Class Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Overview:

Both your education and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected events can occur, forcing schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class date, we respectfully request at least 14 days notice.

To reschedule your class with less than 14 days notice, please email support@borboleta.zendesk.com with the subject line “Class Reschedule” and your order number.

Rescheduling Fee:

Any class cancellation or change made with less than 14 days notice will result in a rescheduling fee of $100. See "Considerations" section below.

Theory and Model “Zoom Room” Classes:

If you do not show up to class, you will be considered a “No-Show” and be required to reschedule the class and pay the $100 rescheduling fee to continue in the course and receive your certificate.

Additionally, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your Zoom Room, we may not be able to admit you. In this case, you will also be considered a “No-Show” and be required to reschedule the class and pay the $100 rescheduling fee to continue in the course and receive your certificate.

Guidance Counseling Appointments

Guidance Counseling appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes and late arrival will result in less time available for the appointment.

If you do not show up to your appointment, it is your loss. If you are enrolled in a course, this DOES NOT affect course completion and certification. You will still be able to complete the course and receive your certificate. If you still want to meet 1-on-1 with a Borboleta Educator, you can pay $100 to reschedule the Guidance Counseling appointment.

Considerations:

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency or unique circumstance, all or part of your rescheduling fee may be waived or applied to future courses or products.

How To Reschedule:

If it is more than 14 days before your scheduled class or appointment: Simply go to your scheduled appointment (in your calendar or confirmation email) and click on "View/Change Appointment" and select another date.

If it is less than 14 days before your scheduled class or appointment: Please email support@borboleta.zendesk.com with the subject line “Class Reschedule” and your order number.
