The Glamcor Elite Light Kit's 50,000 hour lamps are cool LED technology and are color balanced not to distort the color of the skin/hair or color being applied to it. 

How has the ELITE X been improved from the ELITE 2?

- The lighting is whiter and brighter. The ELITE X has 336 LEDs vs 120 on the ELITE 2. Super clear, super bright and efficient.
- The arms and body have been redesigned to be slimmer and sleeker with a polished grey finish.
- The power button is on the top of the arm instead of on the side of the light for easier access.
- The geometric shaped protective case stands on its own. The case has a longer padded strap and trolly sleeve make traveling with your lighting system even more convenient.

SHIPPING POLICY

Borboleta Beauty processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

 

U.S. SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: $8 3-5 Business Days

2 Day Shipping: $30 2 Business Days (Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)

Overnight Shipping: $45 (Must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)

*Saturday Delivery: $60 (Must be placed before 1:00 PM MST on Friday in order to be shipped the same day and received on Saturday)
*Available depending on delivery address

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard Canada Shipping: $15 Can take 15 or more days to arrive

Canada Shipping: $30 Can take 10 days to arrive

International Shipping: $30-$40 Varies depending on shipping address


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS:
  • Borboleta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please contact the carrier regarding tracking updates and lost packages. Borboleta is also not responsible to cover any additional shipping costs or to refund your shipping in the event you are unavailable to accept your package and it is returned.

  • If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

  • Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.


Track Your Order

Borboleta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please contact the carrier regarding tracking updates and lost packages. Borboleta is also not responsible to cover any additional shipping costs or to refund your shipping in the event you are unavailable to accept your package and it is returned.

Product Availability

In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please see below for specific policies to determine if your product is eligible for return, as some of our products have individual return policies. Always have your order number and product available for any returns or defective products.

Facemasks and any other opened or used products are not available for return due to health considerations.

If you are unhappy with unopened and unused products and wish to return, contact Client Relations within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange by clicking on the Support/Chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the website or at support@borboleta.com or (888) 492-1569. Refunds will be issued after the return has been received and inspected to ensure the products were not used or tampered with. Please have your order number and product ready and available when contacting Client Relations. Borboleta Beauty is not responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns.

Defective Products
In the unlikely event there you receive a defective product, please contact Client Relations within 30 days from delivery for a full refund or replacement. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. You will be asked to provide a picture of the defective product, please have your order number available for Client Relations. You may be asked to return the defective product so that our Quality Team can do further inspections, when this occurs a return label will be provided.

Adhesives
We do not recommend stocking up on adhesives. Adhesives are guaranteed for 30 days after opening. Please contact us within 60 days of receiving your adhesive with any concerns for adhesive opened within 30 days and we will refund or replace your adhesive.

Tweezers
Tweezers can be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a return label (for tweezers only) and issue your refund as soon as the return is with the carrier (please let us know it was dropped off with the carrier to help expedite this process). Providing a refund prior to receiving the returned tweezers is applicable ONLY to tweezer returns.

Glamcor Lights
Borboleta Beauty is an authorized retailer of Glamcor products, all warranties are through Glamcor. In the unlikely event that you are experiencing any issues with your Glamcor, please contact them directly at realperson@glamcor.com.

Lash Serum
If you are dissatisfied with your lash serum purchase for any reason, please send us the product in its original packaging with a copy of your purchase receipt within 180 days of your purchase and you will receive a prompt refund. Communication of the reason for your dissatisfaction would be helpful and appreciated. The following must be included to receive a refund or replacement: the product, all packaging and proof of purchase, all free gifts received with purchase. We appreciate all feedback to help us understand your reason for dissatisfaction.

Education Courses
Education Courses are transferrable and are refundable only in the event that the student has not begun any portion of the course and has not opened the accompanying kit. If you need to reschedule your course, please contact our education team at education@borboletabeauty.com. We require at least 2 weeks notice for any changes regarding your course. Rescheduling fees may apply.
