Borboleta Beauty processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Standard Shipping: $8 3-5 Business Days
2 Day Shipping: $30 2 Business Days (Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)
Overnight Shipping: $45 (Must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)
*Saturday Delivery: $60 (Must be placed before 1:00 PM MST on Friday in order to be shipped the same day and received on Saturday)
*Available depending on delivery address
Standard Canada Shipping: $15 Can take 15 or more days to arrive
Canada Shipping: $30 Can take 10 days to arrive
International Shipping: $30-$40 Varies depending on shipping address
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS:
- We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot by marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
- If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
- If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
- Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.
Track Your Order
Borboleta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item.
RETURN POLICY - Professional Products
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please return within 60 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. A return label will be provided. After 60 days, the product is nonrefundable.
If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Borboleta Beauty is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.
Borboleta Education Courses are transferable and are refundable only in the event that the student has not begun any portion of the course and has not opened the accompanying kit. If you need to reschedule your course, please contact our education team at education@borboletabeauty.

RETURN POLICY - Lash Serum
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send us the product in its original packaging with a copy of your purchase receipt within (180) days of your purchase and you will receive a prompt refund. Communication of the reason for your dissatisfaction would be helpful and appreciated.
When returning an item(s), you must include the following in order to receive a refund or exchange:
- All products being returned.
- All product packaging and your purchase receipt or a copy.
- All gifts with purchase associated with the purchase of the items being returned. We do not offer refunds or replacements for free products.
- Reason for dissatisfaction (optional, but appreciated)
