Borboleta Beauty processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

- Borboleta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please contact the carrier regarding tracking updates and lost packages. Borboleta is also not responsible to cover any additional shipping costs or to refund your shipping in the event you are unavailable to accept your package and it is returned.
- If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
- If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
- Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.

In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please see below for specific policies to determine if your product is eligible for return, as some of our products have individual return policies. Always have your order number and product available for any returns or defective products.
Facemasks and any other opened or used products are not available for return due to health considerations.
If you are unhappy with unopened and unused products and wish to return, contact Client Relations within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange by clicking on the Support/Chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the website or at firstname.lastname@example.org or (888) 492-1569. Refunds will be issued after the return has been received and inspected to ensure the products were not used or tampered with. Please have your order number and product ready and available when contacting Client Relations. Borboleta Beauty is not responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns.
In the unlikely event there you receive a defective product, please contact Client Relations within 30 days from delivery for a full refund or replacement. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. You will be asked to provide a picture of the defective product, please have your order number available for Client Relations. You may be asked to return the defective product so that our Quality Team can do further inspections, when this occurs a return label will be provided.
We do not recommend stocking up on adhesives. Adhesives are guaranteed for 30 days after opening. Please contact us within 60 days of receiving your adhesive with any concerns for adhesive opened within 30 days and we will refund or replace your adhesive.
Tweezers can be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a return label (for tweezers only) and issue your refund as soon as the return is with the carrier (please let us know it was dropped off with the carrier to help expedite this process). Providing a refund prior to receiving the returned tweezers is applicable ONLY to tweezer returns.
Borboleta Beauty is an authorized retailer of Glamcor products, all warranties are through Glamcor. In the unlikely event that you are experiencing any issues with your Glamcor, please contact them directly at email@example.com.
If you are dissatisfied with your lash serum purchase for any reason, please send us the product in its original packaging with a copy of your purchase receipt within 180 days of your purchase and you will receive a prompt refund. Communication of the reason for your dissatisfaction would be helpful and appreciated. The following must be included to receive a refund or replacement: the product, all packaging and proof of purchase, all free gifts received with purchase. We appreciate all feedback to help us understand your reason for dissatisfaction.
Education Courses are transferrable and are refundable only in the event that the student has not begun any portion of the course and has not opened the accompanying kit. If you need to reschedule your course, please contact our education team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We require at least 2 weeks notice for any changes regarding your course. Rescheduling fees may apply.
